All records created as part of your patient’s surgical care will be sent to you as soon as they’re complete (whether you referred the patient or your client brought their pet here directly). Also, once your patient’s surgical and post-op care are complete, know that we always direct the pet owner to return to you for ongoing medical management.
In addition, our client service team is here to ensure that you, your patients, and clients receive the personalized attention, coordinated care, and responsive service that each of you deserves. Your satisfaction is important to us.
